PDA embarked on a recruitment drive for a major new site opening in Swindon by a national client in the Leisure & Entertainment Sector. The client needed a new management team of five managers within a very short period, as the site was due to open in four weeks and they required two weeks of training prior to the official opening.
The urgency of the request meant that PDA had to act swiftly. PDA were briefed on the role on a Thursday, highlighting the need for managers with varying levels of experience to ensure a well-rounded team.
